“Padome” is a side-project of Sandris Savickis (“Starring Two”) and Kalvis Kluburs (“STandART”). It was created with an experimental purpose and without strict future plans. In 2008, project “Padome” (“Council” in Latvian) published its first single “Te Nav Vietas Tev” (“There’s No Place For You”).
